I got some bagels from Capital Bagel via Too Good To Go and got a watermelon from the supermarket. I plan to have the sugar free green tea with the bagel with butter and cream cheese for breakfast. For lunch I plan on having the pasta with some broccoli Normandy and some watermelon for dessert. I have some leftover nature valley and cereal bars in case I get snackish. I saved some of the grilled chicken from the copycat recipe and plan on making a salad with it for dinner.

I subbed crab with shrimp and added some foreman grilled chicken breast for extra protein. I seasoned the raw shrimp and chicken breast (separately ) with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
All looks great!!
