We’re on vacation and at the last minute the grill shat the bed, so we had to pivot and cook the short rib under the broiler in the oven.
Started with 3 lb of boneless short rib, and I was really stressing out having to do this in the oven. But it came out great and everyone enjoyed it.

The shade I’m gonna throw is at the inspo. Like why throw random globs of your chimi inconsistently over the meat? Just line ’em up and evenly cover the whole deal with a nice drizzle.
