This morning, we’re going to make one of my favorite meals, a breakfast burrito. We’ll start off with a 10-in tortilla, a slice of cheddar cheese, a mushroom, a little onions, and green peppers we already cut up, a little slice of tomato, and approximately one slice of bacon. The entire meal cost a little over a dollar. You’ll enjoy making this as I do, and you’ll definitely enjoy eating it. Stay tuned and watch and let me know in the comments section if you try this. How’s yours? How your burrito turned out? We’d love to hear from you. Here’s our breakfast burrito. Let’s go. First turn on the stove. You always want to heat a flour tortilla up. That way it gets good and pliable. Gets good to eat. Let’s let that heat up a little bit. In the meantime, we’ll be slicing our tomatoes. our mushroom and our slice of bacon which will go in there. Roll this up. Bacon is so good. Makes everything very flavorable. Just slice it like that in quarters. Take your tortilla. Turn it over. You get something to stir it with. Usually just use a fork. Tortilla’s done. Let’s throw the bacon in. Everybody loves smell of bacon. Let that crisp up. We’ll bring our piece of sliced cheese in and we’ll lay it right on the tortilla. It takes a while to get the bacon. I wish you could smell the bacon. Such a great smell. And wait till we throw the spices in. Very simple, very easy to do. All right, we’re about to start introducing the other ingredients. First, we’re going to throw in our mushrooms and tomatoes, an onion and green pepper that we’ve already cut. We have a little bit of chili seasoning. Throw that in there. Some pepper. And let’s let that cook down. Wonderful smell. Can you smell it? Can you see it? Turn the heat down now a little bit. We don’t want it to burn. Now, let’s bring in some green salsa. Bring in an egg and get that stirred up in there. You can now turn the heat off and let the heat temperature of the pan carry over. Now for the plate up. Use your spatula. That’s it. Spread it out. This can be made for an entire family or I’m just making it for myself. Take it over here. Now, for the cream to the touch, add a little bit of sour cream or Mexican crema in this case. That’s it. Take tortilla, roll it up. And there it is, the final product. I think you’ll enjoy this as much as I do. Let me know what you think. We’ll see you next time for more saving tips and ideas. I’m going to come back in for a second. I forgot to add the avocado. One of the best parts. Just going to unroll it. Pull our avocado out, which we previously sliced in another video. And there it is. Fold it back up. And then we’re good to go. This is delicious. M. Take a bite. Very good.
