
Found out I have genetically high cholesterol and am an APOE4/4 carrier. This was a “don’t feel like cooking or getting the house hot” attempt –
– frozen broccoli with evoo
– tomatoes with pepper
– canned cannellini beans with a little cholula green pepper hot sauce & parsley
– sardines with a tiny bit of sea salt
– a little sauerkraut
– local bakery made sourdough bread
Does this count? How can I improve it?

Wow I love this plate looks delicious
Familial hypercholesterolemia? I have it as well.
My endocrinologist gave me Rosuvastatin for it.
We had to do the further tests because even though I changed my diet and was on atorvastatin for years it was not working.
Do you know if yours Heterozygous (from one parent) or Homozygous (from two parents)?
What has your doctor said?
