It's not very often that I splurge on a tin but this was certainly worth the $15. The key to this particular one is to let the tin sit in hot water before you open it so the butter liqufies. Served on rice with the butter poured over. If anyone has any other good ideas of how to serve them I'm all ears. I'll definitely be grabbing this one again.

    I like to boil potatoes and then fry them in some butter drained from the can
