Lot of focus on the broth (beef stock, ginger garlic cloves, Worcestershire, soy, salt, pepper). Used pork shoulder, grilled onion, mushroom caps, seaweed and chives. First time soft boiling eggs as well.

    For your 2nd time ever cooking food it’s understandable.

    However, going forward, food is more appetizing when not served in a pail.

    Also, you may find growing green onion directly in your broth to be a tad difficult.

    A good ramen bowl is usually around 19 cm (7.5 inch) across. In a bowl smaller than that it’s difficult to place toppings nearly without piling them up
