Today, I’m sharing a delicious and easy spinach börek recipe made with store-bought phyllo dough.
This recipe is packed with flavorful spinach, mashed potato, onion, and creamy white cheese — all wrapped in crispy, golden layers. Perfect for breakfast, tea time, or even a quick dinner!
Ingredients:
🥬 500g spinach
🥔 1 large potato (boiled and mashed)
🧅 1 large onion
🧀 200g white cheese
🍳 1 egg
🥄 1.5 tsp salt & 1.5 tsp black pepper
🥣 Sauce: 100 ml oil, 100 ml mineral water, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp vinegar
