Full Recipe:
Sauté 2 white onions and 3-4 garlic cloves. Add 2 slices bell peppers and 2 bunches of cilantro. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, pilpelchuma (or harissa). Add a little more olive oil to help the sauce come together.
Cut 2 lbs of salmon into small fillets. Add each piece to the pan and scoop up the sauce on top. Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
