    It’s oddly satisfying to look at it. I want to touch it so badly! It looks like it would wiggle? I’ve never had Japanese cheesecake…I didnt even know it exists.

    I still remember when i did one of my own. I was absolutely stoked how beautiful it looked and how wiggly/puffy it was.

    But at the same time i have rarely been this disappointed in eating a dessert. “:D It’s like eating air, you just don’t get much out of it – super dissatisfying imo.
