Mix until combined.Wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 8 hours.Grease a 20 cm tart tin with butter and place it in the fridge for 1 hour.Roll out the dough (without letting it warm up) to 3 mm thickness. Line the tart tin, cover with parchment paper and fill with baking weights.Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes.Remove weights and parchment.Brush with beaten egg.Bake at 140°C (285°F) for 5 minutes.
