I made the bacon and crispy fried onion ramen and omg it was SO good. Perfect for a rainy day lunch. I’m already thinking about remaking it again, but I don’t know if I’ll be able to find a substitute for the “pork ramen stock concentrate”? I know where to get the chicken stock concentrate copies but has anyone ever remade this recipe with something else? (This was before I added the crispy onion, I almost forgot them lol)

One of our favorite meals to consistently make is the “skip the bun” crunchy cheeseburger salad.

When cooking the meat you also add beef stock concentrate, and we can never find exactly that at the store.

If it is anything with beef stock concentrate or chicken stock concentrate, we always just use regular beef stock or chicken stock and honestly never truly notice a difference. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I use better than bullion for most of the stock concentrates but I don’t think they have any ramen ones. I found this https://a.co/d/8CaWnvc on Amazon which says it’s a pork ramen broth concentrate so that might be worth a shot. I haven’t tried it, it’s just what came up

Otherwise I’d guess just using a regular pork stock concentrate and then adding soy sauce and maybe miso might get you somewhere close.
