  • 3 slices of homemade sourdough wheat/whole wheat/corn bread (4:4:2 ratio) with lots of cooked corn kernels
  • gouda slices
  • scrambled eggs with roasted peppers, yellow onions, dried oregano, wine vinegar, salt and pepper
  • butter and olive oil
  • estragon musterd pan seared quarterpounder pork patties (2), soft, with crispy edges and juicy
