- 3 slices of homemade sourdough wheat/whole wheat/corn bread (4:4:2 ratio) with lots of cooked corn kernels
- gouda slices
- scrambled eggs with roasted peppers, yellow onions, dried oregano, wine vinegar, salt and pepper
- butter and olive oil
- estragon musterd pan seared quarterpounder pork patties (2), soft, with crispy edges and juicy
