I tried my hand at making buttercream flowers and I really enjoyed it. I also ran out of the blue buttercream to cover the cake so I improvised adding some white and ended up with a sky, giving it a very dreamy look.

It did go splat after taking these pictures! 😬

It was absolutely gorgeous! The colors are beautiful it’s giving bridgerton garden vibes, I’m so sorry that it had such a tragic end 😭

I’m so sorry that happened! The same happened to a cake I made for a friends wedding and I’m still not over it. It was perfect. (Friend was very understanding and fine with the replacement cake I got her. Lucky to be friends with someone like that!)

I thought you made this to intentionally get smashed and thought you were crazy for ruining such a beautiful cake. I’m so sorry! As others have said, it looked beautiful.

Gorgeous! I like how the flowers have a natural look as opposed to foofy and butterflies are great. This will be a family story forever. What was the occasion for such a work of beauty?

I thought you meant it was given as a sacrificial cake for a baby to smash on purpose so this is weirdly better 🙀 but I am so sorry for the loss
