    Chickpeas are goated for their versatility slop wise.

    Chickpeas, evoo, diced tomatoes, lemon juice, some seasoning, maybe a little diced cucumber and a leaf of some kind. Boom. Delicious summer salad.

    I actually love a good slop. Just toss whatever in a bowl, whole wheat pasta, beans, veggies, seasoning, left over whatever. Just put it in a bowl.

  3. Most of my meals look like this and then the next day, I take the leftovers and toss it on top of a baked or sweet potato with some kind of homemade dressing or sauce. I do the same with my black bean Mexican concoctions. Tacos/burritos one day and on top of a salad the next. It’s all ugly but tasty and healthy.

    Lmao! I call it ”slop” too!! I just choose one main protein, one carb, some extras, mix it up and call it a day.

    Yep. It doesn’t have to be complicated. It feta complicated online because influences get paid for novelty and pretty pictures. But grains, beans, & veggies is a great formula.
