1 cup grated pecorino cheese
two eggs
Italian seasoning, blend, oregano, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, parsley
1/3 cup corn starch
salt and pepper to taste
4 campari tomatoes sliced
fresh mozzarella slices
1/4 cup grated asiago for the topping
