My man why did you cook the wings for that long with a vortex? The Vortex can get the temp super high so they should be good in 1/5 the time tops

Wings on vortex are a 30-40 minute cook my guy. Chicken cooks better at themps of 300+. Low and slow is for 4 legged 🍖 s.

Your wings look killer dude! What temp did you cook ? I did vortex wings last night. Tried to keep it around 400. Wings were great just the skins were a little rubbery. From what I’ve read. I may have cooked them too hot at first..? I’m new to this.
