Dinner in 20 Minutes! Creamy Chicken Spinach Pasta



INGREDIENTS:
Pasta:
150g of penne pasta
Boiling water
1 tsp of salt

Chicken:
1 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tbsp of unsalted butter
280g of chicken breast, sliced into medium strips
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

1 medium onion, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced
200g of spinach leaves, washed
400ml of heavy cream
1 tsp of curry powder
1 tsp of dried oregano
1 tsp of chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 cup of shredded cheese, (any cheese you prefer)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped
