    Anchovies on pizza are bomb. If you’re going to skip everything else both they and the sauce better be particularly good, though. Also I prefer mine put cold on a hot pizza. The temperature and salinity both contrast really well with a hot, sweet-sauced pizza.

    If the sauce is quality that’d probably be a very tasty basic Napoli pizza. A little bit of cheese would be nice though
