I recently made ramen from home. I used Otafuku ramen broth tonkostu concentrate and i’m trying to freeze it and it won’t freeze.

Has anybody used this product before or know how i can preserve this for the future? it goes bad in 5 days. i can’t really return it since i got it from amazon.

It’s still being stored at freezer temperatures, so it’s still safe in the freezer. It’s just too salty & fatty to be solid at that temp.

How long is that stuff good when refrigerated?

I haven’t used this before, but I’ve frozen a lot of homemade chicken stock. If you want it to last a long time, split it into smaller portions before freezing so that you are only thawing what you are going to cook. I recommend freezing each portion flat in ziplock bags because it’ll take up a lot less space.
