For those who want the “recipe”, then please note that I totally winged this one.
I didn’t have leftover rice, so I made fresh instead. This was 2 cups uncooked rice, so that would be roughly 4 cups of cooked rice. I usually make my rice with chicken broth but since this would be blended with a bunch of other stuff, I just used water. After the rice was done, I spread it on a baking sheet and put it in the fridge until it was cool (maybe 30 minutes).
I scrambled some eggs and then tossed in the hot dogs (I used a whole pack) and the veggies. Then I added the cooked rice and blended it all together.
For the sauce, I used sesame oil, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. I kept on adding more sauce until it tasted about right (this is where the winging it came in).
I’m sure I could have done more with it but this was a last-minute meal for the kiddos. Happy to take suggestions on ways to improve it.

Hot dogs aren’t so far removed from Spam and spam fried rice is delicious so I’d think Hotdog FR would be pretty similar.
