Day 54 of 90! Today we take a day trip to Lebanon! And the far shores of the Mediterranean Sea! I love to borrow flavors and infuse them with other Mediterranean countries bordering the ancient coastline of the Mediterranean Sea! Inspired by the beautiful people of Lebanon and a close friend of mine! I love the exotic twist on my inspiration from Lebanon once known as the Middle Eastern Riviera! The Land of Milk and Honey! If you have not tired Labne it is a thick delicious kefir used in dishes! Much like Greek yogurt but with it’s own incredible distinct flavor! I used it to soften and marinade my chicken in this recipes! WOW!
Ingredients:
3 lbs Good quality chicken
1 cup Labne
2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp all spice
salt and pepper
juice of1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 cloves chopped fine garlic
2 tsp fresh parsley
2 tsp honey

Wash and clean chicken, pat dry! Massage all the flavors and spices together as I demonstrate in my Video Recipe Tutorial here!
Place oven at 400 degrees, place in oven uncovered for the first 25 minutes, turn the meat and adjust, then lower oven to 350 and cover with foil for another 25 minutes , last 10 minutes uncover for final brown golden top!
