A Mediterranean Menu
The owners of the restaurant tell The Hoboken Girl that Solaz will be a full-service, modern Mediterranean restaurant with a menu curated by celebrity chef David Burke. Plus, guests can enjoy a craft cocktail or choose to unwind with a glass of wine from the restaurant’s extensive international wine selection. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot to enjoy a drink and some savory bites while soaking up the sun. The restaurant was originally slated to open its doors in the fall of 2024, but now will open the second week of September 2025.
