A COUPLE YEARS LATER CAME ON IN AND WE HAVE THREE TRUCKS, AND THEN WE ALSO SELL OUR TOTS TO RETAILERS THROUGHOUT WISCONSIN. THREE TRUCKS. YEAH, MOM, HOW DOES IT HOW DOES IT FEEL, MOM? SUPER PROUD. SO MUCH FUN TO WORK WITH MY DAUGHTER AND OUR PARTNERSHIP IS AMAZING. WHAT SHE’S DONE. AND WE’VE BEEN ABLE TO GROW. IT’S JUST IT’S A DREAM COME TRUE. REALLY. A DREAM COME TRUE. I LOVE THAT, I LOVE THAT, SEE, THAT’S SUCH LIKE A LIFETIME STORY. I TOTALLY REMEMBER THAT FOREVER. SO WE GOT DIFFERENT FLAVORS. HANNAH, WHICH ONE ARE YOU HOLDING? DESCRIBE WHAT YOU’RE HOLDING. SO I HAVE THE SOUR CREAM AND CHIVE ONE. SO THIS ONE YOU CAN SEE ARE ALL OF OUR RETAILS HAVE THESE. AND THEN ALSO ON THE TRUCKS. SO THIS IS SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES STUFFED INSIDE THE POTATOES. AND THEN SHE HAS THE CHEESE CURD. SO IT’S A WISCONSIN CHEESE CURD. SO THERE IS WISCONSIN CHEESE CURDS SHREDDED POTATOES SEASONING ALL MIXED UP. WE BALL AND DEEP FRY PER ORDER ON THE TRUCK, SERVED WITH A SIDE OF MAMA’S RANCH. SO YES, THAT’S EXACTLY A LOT OF THE RECIPES WE’VE BOTH BUILT TOGETHER. SO THEY’RE MADE WITH LOVE AND POTATOES. AND WE WERE TALKING EARLIER TO HANNAH, YOU’LL HAVE 40 DIFFERENT TYPES OF TATER TOTS. BREAK THAT DOWN. RIGHT. SO ON THE TRUCK WE USUALLY HAVE OUR FOUR MAIN FLAVORS. AND THEN WE ROTATE A WEEKLY SPECIAL. HOWEVER, IF YOU DO CATERING WE HAVE 40 OPTIONS THAT YOU CAN PICK FROM. WE DO ROTATE THROUGH THAT ALL SUMMER LONG. YEAH. AND HOW DID IT HOW DID YOU ALL EXPAND THAT LIST? TAMMY. WELL, YOU KNOW, POTATO IS SUCH A GREAT VESSEL. YOU CAN ALMOST DO ANYTHING WITH IT. AND THEN WE DO. WE’VE HAD A LOT OF WE DO LATE NIGHT BITES AT WEDDINGS. WE’VE HAD REQUESTS. SO WE’VE DONE LIKE A SEATTLE DOG, LIKE A HOT DOG AND A TOT, AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. SO IT ANYTHING GOES, REALLY. YOU CAN PUT ANYTHING IN IT AND IT’S IT’S DELICIOUS. WELL, CLEARLY THE FEEDBACK HAS BEEN AMAZING. YOU’RE DOING WEDDINGS.
