Today Marcus returns to the small screen to show us all how to make Italian Rainbow Cookies, and wrestle with his possessed food processor!
Hi, welcome to Just Like Me Cook. My name is Marcus and today we’re going to make Italian and rainbow cookies. In a food processor, add pulverize the sugar and almond paste. We didn’t go to Italian store, so we just had to make it. Almond paste. Confe confe confectioner sugar. Only one cup. Oh, there it is. Why is it so hard? This way. [Music] Chad the the the butter to get all the butter. Dang it. That’s not [Music] the sound. What? Just one more. Just one more tiny bit. [Music] Just one more tiny bit. Egg yolks. One at a time. It died melting. Why does that look like a egg dumpling? Oh, there’s something on the handle. Should I just leave it there? Now it’s on the floor. Back to what we were doing. That’s everything. Now we just need to add some more stuff. 14 of a cup of whole almond extract. Oh, it smells so good. Oh my. Yeah. Three things of this. Oh, why am I getting everything so messy? I’m just going to dump it all in. How many drops do we need to get? Oh, yeah. 10 drops of each. Why is there a crunchy face? So, we are going to put the jelly onto the red layer. Once we’re done with that, we are going to flip the white layer onto this. Uh, spread the other half on this and put the green the green thing onto the white. I need four. Pink or chili. Oh, spread it. Spread it on. Great. Looking great. We can do the green layer and then we’ll add the chocolate. It’s just melted chocolate. That’s all it is. Piece of jelly shall escape from the spoon. The thingy. I want to eat it right now. In the fridge for 30 minutes. Oh, finally almost done. I uh thought this would have less steps and less ingredients. Good, right? Yeah, I think it is. Um yeah, it’s falling apart. Okay, that is pretty good. Actually, if you don’t want to watch this video again, you can just Zoe Zo has baking book. It’s about cookies. Um yeah. [Music]
