So we are going to make a grilled salmon with lobster and scallop sauce with tomatoes and everything like that and also along with mashed potatoes. Hello. It’s going to be so good and so tasty. Here are our beautiful ingredients. All right, my beautiful people. We are going to begin with this is cilantro. Okay. This one here is asparagus. This is green onions. This is fresh rosemary. This one here is lime and lemon. We have tomatoes. We have purple onion and white onion. So we have here oregano. This one here is cumin. This is all b seasoning. We have cloves of garlic. And this one here is smoked paprika. We also have here olive oil. This is stick butter, salted, evaporated milk. We have mayonnaise. This is red potato. We have our beautiful Atlantic lobster tail. This one here is two scallops. And as you can see, our secret ingredient is freshwater salmon. Yes, this is brown sugar, huh? Ginger, green chili, black pepper, and this one here is salt to taste. All right, my beautiful people, let’s get cooking. Okay. So, we are going to cut our potatoes and boil it. [Music] All right. We have our water here boiling and we have 1 tbsp of salty taste inside here. Like so. This is our potatoes. Red potatoes. We have a quarter yellow onions. And we have here some cloves of garlic. So, we are going to boil the potatoes and stuff until softened. All right. We have a whole purple onion or red onion. Okay. I’m going to just cut half. I’m going to dice it. [Music] We have our white onion also just half we need also going to cut it very small. [Music] So, I’m going to cut my green onions. [Music] So, we have our chili. [Music] So we have our cilantro like this. [Music] So we are ready for our tomatoes. [Music] I’m ready to do my lemons. So then I’m going to slice them small as possible. Yes. Just like so. [Music] So we have one lime, one uh lemon here. We are going to juice. Ready to do our garlic. [Music] Last but not the least, I’m going to grate my ginger. This one here is actually optional. [Music] All right, my beautiful people. So, when we finish cutting the stuff, this is all the goodies that is going to go in our All right, my beautiful people. I’m just checking to make sure that the potato Okay, potatoes are done. Yep. Ready to mash. Yes. Okay, so I have my mash here. I have two eggs. I forgot to add it into the ingredients. [Music] All right. So, I have my egg here. I’m just going to use the yolk alone. Okay. Just like that. So, now we’re going to mash our eggs through our potatoes. Just like this. Okay. So, I have one stick of butter in here. I’m going to put it like so. Okay. Okay, mayonnaise. I’m going to squeeze I’ll say 1/4 cup in here just like so. My evaporated milk. Also a little bit just like so. Okay. And we’re going to mix it nicely. [Music] Little bit of brown sugar in here like so. And we are done. Oh my goodness, guys. Look at how amazing this is. Beautiful, right? Nice. Okay, so this is my uh olive oil. Um it’s right here. I pou some already. This is 3/4 of a cup. Okay, I’m going to put in here just like so. Organo. So all the season that I’m I’m mixing here is 1 tbsp. Okay. Okay. This one here is um smoked paprika. Obey seasoning. Cumin. The black pepper is one teaspoon. And this one here, the cloves of garlic, I use about 10. We have some ginger, a thumb size, optional. our cilantro, one bunch. And this one here is one lime and one lemon juiced like so. Our fork here and we’re going to mix it nicely. So, we’re going to set aside and get ready for our salmon. Okay. So, I have my coconut spray here. [Music] And I have my lemon. [Music] Okay, we have voila, there we go. And then we have Ooh, let me show you this way. Looks so good, guys. Oh my goodness. Wow. So, we’re ready to bake. Uh, we set first we preheat the oven, of course. We set it for 380 and we are going to bake it until tender, nice and moist. Um, it should take about now maybe 15 to 20 minutes. Yes. Oh my goodness, guys. This is the best part for the salmon. I honestly forgot. So, what I’m going to do is I’m just going to put them on like this. [Music] I have my two lobster tail. I’m going to cut up just how this a proper way you cut. Okay. [Music] So first thing important thing is you can see that I changed my cutting board is because I don’t want cross contamination [Music] hey [Music] All right, guys. Ready to make our surrogate. So, I have one stick butter in here just like so. Okay. This is my minced um garlic. Like, so I put my asparagus in here just like so. This one tastes so good. So, black pepper. A pinch of salt to taste. Turn them over like this. So, they are done. Okay. So, you can see that I’m using the same fry pan from from the asparagus. I have another butter here. Like so. And we’re going to use a bit of um olive oil. Not much. Just like so. Okay. Okay. So, this is our minced ginger. Like so. Minced garlic. Okay. Chop onions. This is half of white onions. Okay. This one here is half of red onion. Like so. [Music] Oh my goodness, guys. It is done all together. It took 25 minutes to cook this. Yes. Tastes so good. It smells so good. I cannot wait. Now, let’s go finish our sauce. We are adding our chili. If you don’t like it, you don’t have to put a chili. Okay, this is our green onions, chopped tomatoes. [Music] Okay, so we’re going to season our our sauce quickly. This is black pepper, a pinch. Okay. Obe also a pinch. Seafood seasoning. Also a pinch. We have our lobster and scallops here. Oh my goodness, guys. A little bit of lemon juice. M. All right, guys. Our sauce is done. [Music] Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. There you have it. We have here a nice grilled salmon, lobster and scallop sauce, mashed potatoes along with asparagus. Guys, you cannot go wrong. It tastes so delicious.
