1 tbsp chia seeds
2/3 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup whipped cottage cheese
2 tsp – 1 tbsp honey
Cinnamon
Splash vanilla extract

Meal prep breakfast for the week in just 10 minutes with these raspberry cheesecake overnight oats. These oats are packed with protein, fiber, and will keep you fueled until lunchtime. I’m adding a/2 cup of whipped cottage cheese to give it that cheesecake flavor and a creamy consistency. Then I’m adding a/2 cup of frozen raspberries, but you can also use fresh. Add your milk of choice, then mix and let that sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning, add your favorite toppings. This is what it looks like the next day.
