8 habaneros
Roasted at 300 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Then blend with 2lbs mandarins, 1tbs salt, 1tbs sugar, and 1tbs vinegar.
I forgot to take a picture of the finished product but it was delicious!

    How do you incorporate the mandarin oranges? Do you put the membranes in there?

    I’m not doubting that this was tasty, but I tried to make salsa with oranges once, and it was the only salsa I’ve made that I didn’t like.

  2. By “Roasted”, do you mean you’re baking them (vs broiling?)

  3. Hell yeah, how sweet/spicy was it? I’m sadly allergic to mango/pineapple so always looking for alternatives that go with habs.
