The bone thing became really big in Spain around March of 2024 and the tuétano mixed together in the bone… I absolutely hate it and truly wish restaurants would stop thinking it’s clever and cute.

Idk this is kind of the spirit of the sub but it’s not food uselessly plated on random things, this actually looks like tastefully done fine dining.
