The Italian version of this dish uses a flat pasta instead of spaghetti, but spaghetti Bolognese has become a popular dish in many parts of the world.

Ingredients:
STEP 1: Prepare the pasta
Spaghetti 450 gm packet

STEP 2: Prepare the tomato sauce (Bolognese sauce)
8 table spoon cooking oil
6 large sized tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/2 tea spoon salt
1 tea spoon white pepper
1 tea spoon black pepper
1 cup tomato ketchup

STEP 3: Prepare the minced meat
1 kg minced meat
5 table spoon cooking oil
2 medium sized onions
2 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 tea spoon salt
1/2 tea spoon black pepper

STEP 4: Mix minced meat and tomato sauce to make Bolognese sauce
1 table spoon brown sugar
1 table spoon soya sauce
1/4 cup of water
