A quick and easy antipasti platter! The perfect thing to throw together when friends are coming over for a little aperitivo.

🫒 Heat up olive oil. Add sage, garlic, peppercorns, fennel, chili flakes, lemon zest + juice. Toss in olives. Set aside and marinate for at least 1 hour.

🧀 Drizzle mini bocconcini in olive oil and hot honey. Add oregano, chili flakes, salt and lemon juice. Toss and marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
