🌯 Cheesy Scrambled Egg & Crispy Bacon Burrito

Ingredients:

2 large flour tortillas

4 eggs

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you like)

4 slices of crispy bacon

2 tbsp milk

1 tbsp butter or oil

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional add-ons: salsa, avocado slices, sautéed onions, or jalapeños

Instructions:

1. Cook the Bacon:

In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy.

Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

2. Make Scrambled Eggs:

In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.

Heat butter/oil in a non-stick pan.

Pour in the eggs and gently stir on low heat until soft and creamy.

Once almost done, add shredded cheese and fold until melted.

3. Assemble the Burrito:

Warm the tortillas slightly for easy rolling.

Layer scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and any extras (salsa, avocado, etc.) in the center.

Fold in the sides and roll it up tight like a burrito.

4. Toast (Optional but recommended):

Place the rolled burrito seam-side down in a dry pan and toast for 1–2 mins on each side for a crispy finish.

5. Serve hot & enjoy!
