College students, this one’s for you. Midwesterners, this one’s for you. Everybody in America, this one’s for you. All right, today we’re making a breakfast casserole. M tater tots and eggs. Would you like a breakfast casserole? Crispy tots. Okay. Half a bag. 20 minutes at 4:25. Let’s grab out this guy today. Gosh. All right. Throw some oil in the pan. Paper towel. After the pan is greased, we’ll do tater tots. All right, let’s speed this up. While it’s preheating, I’ll throw this in and we’ll just set the timer to 23 minutes. Sounds great to me. Yeah, those should cook up pretty good. While they’re going, let’s get everything else ready. Eggs are the sausage. Queso, cheese, onion, salt, pepper. All right. All right. Get this going. Medium, medium high. Oh, I don’t have a whisk still. Please send whisks. We could do one more egg. All right, five eggs. A few cracks of salt. Few cracks of pepper. Get some of this green off and crate. I love onions. A tablespoon of cheddar cheese powder into the egg. Just a tablespoon or so of water. Cup of cheddar. Good enough. Sit. Spin. Move. Spin. Move. Good girl. Now it’s time. Let’s cook some sausage. Breakfast sausage. Sizzle time. Ah, potato masher. Whoa. Uh-oh. Whoa. Uh-oh. You know what? It’s okay. We’re going unhealthy. Uh, and then let’s do this. A little queso drizzle there. Nice and evenish. Who cares? I mean, I I want queso, so I do care. bread. Finally, the cheddar cheese on top. And let’s throw this in for 20 to 25 minutes. And let’s start it at 400. Are you ready? Okay. Oh, college students, this one’s for you. Midwesterners, this one’s for you. Everybody in America, this one’s for you. Everybody in the world, this one’s for you. Unless you don’t eat meat or pork or, you know, or dairy, then I guess this one isn’t for you. Or refined carbohydrates, this isn’t for you. And Let’s grab a fork. Give her a shot. Mhm. Wow. That is really, really good. Does it ranch? Ladies and gentlemen, it ranches Heat. Heat.
