Homemade satsiki. It’s the sauce that goes onto and many other things. I made this video right here. And everyone’s asking, “How do you make the sauce?” So, here we go. Grab a cucumber and grate it. A little bit of dill, chop it up. A couple mint leaves, chopped. Then add 1 and 1/2 cups of plain Greek yogurt, some grated garlic, all the stuff you just chopped up with some lemon, a little olive oil, and salt. And that’s pretty much it. It’ll take you less than 5 minutes start to finish. I’ll put the full recipe in the caption below. You can even eat it just like this. Oh, wo. What’s up?
