So , I need more fish due to psoriasis . I can't buy fresh fish all the time due to cost of living which I'm sure 90% of us know about. So , I'm using some canned salmon we made last year, still tastes great !

Correction * jarred * salmon. I'd say about 3 small filets .

Salt , pepper to taste.

Half a lemon squeezed.

Fresh parsley . Table spoon

Breadcrumbs , about 1/2 cup, kind of like pizza dough, add until the right consistency.

About 1 egg or again, until the right consistency.

Just like meatballs or anything, you know when you know, make into patties and saute in olive oil , always evoo.

Salad was just 2 peppers cut up, feta , olive oil, fresh parsley, s and p to taste , I also use the brine from the feta for a bit of flavor. And about 2 table spoons of red onion.

    Lovely! I just did my first grocery haul and yeah 😅😅😅😅 fresh fish still needs picked up. We have frozen salmon “burgers” and canned fish, we will have to budget for the fresh stuff.
