Some night say I went too far with the yolk. This was intentional, since i don't like a messy sandwich. Full-runny sunnyside up is reserved for plates, on top of rice or noodles or whevs, where the yolk is contained.
Also, I left the bacon fond in the pan, so some of that is on the bottom of the egg. Which was crispy brown all the way across. Probably the best I've ever done.

I bet some lettuce tomato and onion would have been good on it
I approve of the egg, but I break the yolk when I fry mine for a sandwich. I like a bit of yolk through the whole thing, not all in one place. But it’s still a tasty looking Sammy.
