Peanut butter sandwich, with sliced banana, drizzled with honey. I don’t remember If I made theses because of a family member or I came up with this myself, but I’ve been making these for years every now and then, and was wondering if anyone else tried this.

Add bacon to that bad boy
If you like that, you may also like butter and jelly sandwiches. 👍
These are great! I once saw an episode of Allegra’s Window when I was a kid where one of the characters ate one of these. I made one later on in the day and it blew my little mind lol. These definitely hit the spot. Sometimes I put Nutella opposite of the peanut butter and it is amazing.
Same but maple syrup instead of honey.
Yeah, these are awesome. You can add granola for a nice crunch with it. Sometimes I sprinkle cinnadust on it as well.
This was my go to after school as a kid
These were Elvis Presleys favorite sandwiches but he would toast them in butter
My dad told me about these years ago. I haven’t made one in forever
Delicious.
Just introduced my son to these, blew his mind!!🤣
I never add honey, but I love peanut butter and banana sandwiches.
In the 6th grade, we read The Misfits in school, and the teacher had us make fluffer-nutters in class. She brought in bananas as well, if we wanted to add those on. I really didn’t like the marshmallow fluff, but I was hooked on peanut butter and banana ever since.
Me and my brother used to get really really toasted and make these when we were teenagers we used to call it the Elvis special
Never added honey, but I made a few before.
Now fry it and Elvis will resurrect
Now fry it like a grilled cheese
100% have made this since childhood
I just had that for lunch yesterday! Great sack lunch sammy.
Great sandwich. Try and fry it in a pan like a grilled cheese sometime. Crispy on the outside, soft and sweet inside.
Yes but honey on the bread with that piece of bread on the BOTTOM and let sat for 5-8 minutes 🤣
This is a troll on the pasta guy again, isn’t it
Usually eat them open faced.
Yes sir. Ill add some crushed pecans or pistachios if im in the mood for some crunch
Toast the bread and add bacon. That’s how I do mine.
My college go to was a tortilla, peanut butter, banana and sunflower seeds. The salt and crunch of the seeds are amazing with the sweetness
One of my favorites!
I prefer it open faced on a toasted English muffin, pretty much the same thing. One of my favorite snacks.
Only like 95% of the American population lol. A true delicacy nonetheless.
Wait until you find out what Elvis was eating.
