[Music] Let’s make some uzo shrimp. Got some gorgeous tiger shrimp. We’ve peeled our dozen shrimp. I got on hot. Let’s get our shrimp seasoned. I got a little bit of olive oil. This Clubhouse roasted garlic and peppers seasoning. Okay, just going to toss it there. Little bit there. Here we go, kids. That’s what we want to hear that sizzle. What we’re looking for is for it to be just pink on one side like that. We’ve done about 40 seconds per side for the shrimp. All right, everybody. Time to flend the shrimp. There we go. That’s why this one’s called uzo shrimp. Add a little bit of butter. This is going to help make our sauce and just a little bit of lemon juice, couple of tablespoons, and it can go into a plate. A little bit of chopped parsley, chili flakes, just a little bit of heat. There. Are you hungry? That shrimp looks good.
