What You’ll Need:
Canned tuna
Kimchi (fermented and flavorful!)
Mayo or Kewpie
Bread of choice (toasted or grilled)
A little salt and pepper
Optional: cheese, green onions, sesame oil
1. Chop the kimchi roughly.
2. Mix the kimchi, drained tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Roll out the bread thinly with a rolling pin, put the mixed ingredients on top, sandwich it between the pieces of bread, and press the edges with a fork to seal.
4. Toast in a toaster until golden brown.
