One/2 teaspoon paprika. One/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Six cups mixed greens. One/2 cup cherry tomatoes hald. One4 cup red onion thinly sliced. One4 cup crumbled feted chilies. One4 cup sliced cucumber. Your favorite vinegrett dressing. Instructions. Season chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill over mediumigh heat for six to eight minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber. Toss gently. Top the salad with the sliced grilled chicken and crumbled feta cheese.
