Let’s make a chicken Caesar wrap and it has 53 grams of protein. Start off by seasoning the chicken with onion and garlic powder and sweet paprika, a bit of oil and salt and pepper. Lay your bacon out onto a prepared tray. Then in a pan with some oil over a high heat, sear the chicken for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Then into an oven for 14 minutes with the bacon. For the sauce, add garlic to mayonnaise, a little bit of parmesan cheese. Chop up some anchovies. Add in some dijon mustard. Whisk the sheer sauce. A little bit of lemon juice and pepper to taste. Mix it around and then store this in the fridge until ready to serve. Shred some lettuce. I’m using romaine here. Slice the chicken or dice it after being rested for 5 minutes and roughly chop up the bacon. Then add everything into a bowl. Add in about 2/3 of that Caesar dressing and a touch more black pepper. Then mix well. This recipe makes six wraps. So what we’re going to do is spread a little bit of the remaining Caesar dressing onto the wrap. Fill each wrap with 16th of that Caesar salad. Then wrap tightly, making sure nothing’s going to come out. Keep them fresh or toasted. And we can then dig in.

First on this lovely Tuesday morning! (Well to be honest it's usually every morning). 😂
Aye hi bro
Hi Chef! Is the anchovies a must in this recipe? Will it change the nutrition profile or the texture/taste of the sauce significantly?
