Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
Lukewarm water
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons oil
1 packet active dry yeast
8-9 garlic cloves
Coriander leaves
Butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, combine the dry ingredients: sugar, salt, and dry yeast. Mix them well [00:18].
Add oil to the mixture and mix it in [00:34].
Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until a soft dough forms [00:43].
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment in a warm place for 2 hours [00:57].
2. Prepare Garlic and Coriander
While the dough is fermenting, chop the coriander leaves [01:01].
Mince the garlic cloves [01:03].
3. Shape and Cook the Naan
Once the dough is ready [01:18], take a portion and roll it into a ball [01:26].
Flatten the dough ball with a rolling pin [01:30].
Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped coriander leaves on top of the flattened dough [01:37].
Roll it again lightly with the rolling pin to press the garlic and coriander into the dough [01:44].
