you must bake this it’s classic moist and tangy it’s a must baked treat it’s cranberry orange quick bread this moist cranberry orange bread is full of Tangy tart sweetness the taste of cranberries and baked goods is simply Heavenly follow this video to the end this recipe is a game Cher before we begin if you haven’t already done so click on the Subscribe and thumbs up buttons let’s get started here are the things we need to make this delicious classic moist and tangy cranberry orange quick bread 2 cups allpurpose flour 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1 tbsp orange zest 1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries cut into halves here’s a great tip you can use dried cranberries as well simply add one cup of dried cranberries to 1/2 cup of boiling hot water turn off the heat and let stand for about 15 minutes to rehydrate the berries 1/4 cup of softened butter that’s half a stick of butter 1 cup brown sugar one large egg 3/4 cup of orange juice use fresh squeezed or refrigerated carton juice now let’s follow these directions step one preheat the oven to 350° grease and flour a 9x 5-in loaf pan whisk flour baking powder baking soda and sea salt in a mediumsized bowl stir in orange zest and cranberries and set aside step two beat the butter sugar and egg together in a large sized mixing bowl until smooth now stir in the orange juice add in a little of the flour mixture and use the mixing blades to combine add in more of the flour mixture a bit at a time and continue to use the mixing blades to combine once all of the flour mixture has been added and combined turn on the mixer and blend for a minute step three pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes it’s done when a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean let the bread rest for 10 minutes and then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool this moist and tainly cranberry orange quick bread can be wrapped in plastic wrap or stored in an airtight container this cranberry orange quick bread is great as is or with a little butter spread on it try Browning a slice or two with a little butter in a pan or even consider a little bit of softened cream cheese as a spread enjoy your moist and tangy cranberry orange quick bread with a cup of tea be sure to like comment And subscribe thanks for watching
