So, I decided to open a home bakery. So, I’m testing recipes. I’m making blueberry muffins. Mix those gently up. I have my blueberries that I’m just going to fold in. Recipe said it made 12 muffins and I’m having it. So, I thought it would make six, but I don’t think this is six muffins. Also, I think I need a few more blueberries. Have a real muffin tin. So, they’re going in a cupcake thing. I’m going to put a little oil on the pan. So, hopefully if they bubble like over like muffins, it won’t stick. I’m hoping. Just getting regular table sugar. Four muffins going in the oven. Okay, they just got out of the oven. They’re really hot still, so I’m going to let them cool and then Austin’s going to taste one. Turned out okay. I don’t know what they taste like. They are. They they went up instead of like out like you know it doesn’t have a muffin top. It just like kept getting higher. It’s a test. So we’ll see how they taste. But they look a little crazy. So they’re cool. This is what she looks like. Is moving along. So sorry if you can hear that in half. So you can see the crosssection. I do think this recipe is going to need a little work. They look a little I don’t know. middle. You’re so tall. Okay, try it. It’s good. Notes. Um, it’s too fluffy. Maybe a little too fluffy.
