I was looking for a date night spot for my fiancé and me, and we finally checked out Limonata on S College Avenue. Limonata took over the vacant building where The Post used to be.

After going to Limonata for the first time, I am kicking myself for not going sooner.

First of all, I just want to say the aesthetic of Limonata is phenomenal. You walk in the A-frame building, and it feels incredibly inviting. The white walls, checkered floor design, and subtle pops of yellow were a sign that I was going to have a great dining experience.

Limonata in Fort Collins feels warm. The service was exceptional, and the servers and bartenders were incredibly kind and knowledgeable.

Since Limonata comes from the folks behind Paninos, I was very excited to check out their menu. I ended up getting the Big “T” pizza. It was a flatbread pizza that came with sausage, ham, onion, mushroom, bell pepper, and pepperoni.

My partner went with the pesto chicken panino. We both drank the Golden Hour cocktail and had dessert. Limonata is now our go-to spot for Italian dining in Fort Collins. It was delicious, fresh, and memorable.

How to Visit Limonata in Fort Collins

I would highly recommend Limonata in Fort Collins. You should definitely book a reservation in advance, though. It was pretty packed. You can check out their menu and book a reservation here.
