AD | Don’t toss that pickle juice!!

Whether you finished your Pickle Salad from @JustSalad and are already craving more or unable to grab a bowl before it goes – here’s the food waste fighting recipe I used for our collab.

Is this technically a copycat recipe or just an insider secret? Either way, this is one DILLicious dressing you don’t want to miss!

Homemade Pickle Dressing:
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 cup of chopped fresh dill
• 1/2 a cup of pickle juice
• the juice of a lemon
• 1/4 Dijon mustard
• ¾ cup olive oil
• Salt to taste

This goes amazingly well with my triple pickle salad, but I’m using this herbaceous dressing for dips, marinades, salads, pasta salad, and more

  1. Will it solidify when refrigerated? My partner whipped up a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey mustard and the oil separated and solidified when stored in the fridge.
