SOPA DE LENTEJAS INGREDIENTS:
► Some oil
► 1 minced garlic clove
► 1/2 small white onion
► 1 jalapeño pepper
► 2 Roma Tomatoes
► 1 lb. lentils
► 8 cups chicken broth (you can use water as well)
► 2 tbsp tomato bouillon
► 2 carrots
► Bunch of cilantro
► Some avocado
► Queso fresco

there’s nothing more comforting than a warm bowl of soas especially on a chili day let me show you guys how to make it my pot is set to medium high heat and I’m going to add some oil oil is hot and I’m going to sauté one minced garlic claf half a small white onion and one jalapeno we sauté for about 2 minutes then we add two Roma tomatoes and cook until the tomato has released all its juice once it looks like this we add the lentil I’m adding one lound of lentils that I’ve already washed and we add in eight cups of chicken broth and last we add in 2 tablespoons of tomato buan give it a mix cover and cook for about 25 minutes it’s been 25 minutes and we’re going to add two carrots mix and add a small bunch of cilantro cover it up and cook for an additional 10 minutes it’s been 10 minutes our lentejas are now ready and I’m going to serve myself honestly Guys these are so good they’re packed with protein perfect for this cold weather I like to add some fresh avocado on top queso fresco lentejas are my favorite all right guys now for the most Moment of Truth cheers and there you have it delicious lentil soup

This lady use the chicken and tomato bullion in EVERYTHING,and is bad,bad,contains MSG the wich contribute to weight gain and heart disease,also is high in sodium wich increase the risk of hypertension and cardiovascular disease…same thing with the chicken broth,even the one says 30% less sodium (in the stores) is way better make your on chicken broth with a little salt.
