How much of this stuff can you freeze? I’m always cautious of prepping so many meals and just having them sit in the fridge until the end of the week

    Favorite gyoza recipe: [https://hot-thai-kitchen.com/pork-dumplings](https://hot-thai-kitchen.com/pork-dumplings)

Took me roughly 3.5 hours to wrap 300. I timed myself and was able to get through one package of wrappers (52 count) in 32 mins.

Curry was “S&B Golden Curry” extra hot flavor with the addition of garlic, ginger, and little Worcestershire sauce. Served with udon noodles and chicken katsu.

Limeade was really delicious but only good for about 2 days. After the 2nd day, it got very bitter. Which I already know that’s what happens with Brazilian lemonade, but for some reason that fact slipped my mind. Oh well. I added little honey and extra squeeze of lemon to my glass.
