A few of the meals I made last week for dinner

    * Bibimbap – rice, fried egg, leftover gyoza meat/filling, zucchini, carrots, bell peppers, spinach, sprouts, cucumbers, gochujang + chili oil
    * Chicken katsu curry udon
    * Blackened gochujang salmon, jasmine rice, green beans, cucumbers, and pickled onions
    * Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles)
    * Pork gyozas – was able to meal prep 300 gyozas for the freezer 🙂
