  1. Y’all asked for it… so here it is my infamous cucumber salad 🥒💥

    I’ve been making this for years as a go-to veggie side, but after that poll and story post, I knew I had to finally make a video for it.

    My family and friends love this recipe a lot, and I know y’all will too. It’s super simple, but packed with Asian flavors I grew up on all blended into a refreshing, umami bomb of deliciousness.

    💰 Light, flavorful, and straight-up addicting.

    Ingredients:

    • Roughly 10-15 Persian cucumbers/mini cucumbers sliced thick (this is key because they stay pretty crispy)
    • 2-4 jalapeños sliced
    • 2 tbsp everything bagel
    • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
    • 1-2 tsp of MSG (optional)
    • 1 tbsp sea salt
    • 1 whole garlic minced
    • 1 small shallot minced
    • 1 lime juiced
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 1 cup soy sauce
    • 1 cup cane vinegar (sub for white)
    • 1/2 water
    • 2 tbsp fish sauce

    Add all ingredients to a large bowl with a lid, mix well and place in the fridge for 1-2hrs. Best results is overnight.

  6. Looks fire. Try using some Aleppo pepper with the red pepper flakes. I like to soak them in the lime or lemon juice that goes in (denature) before adding it. The Aleppo will add some depth to the spice without being over powering.
