
I have been a pizza junkie for years. Swapping over to this diet has been great for my health and waistline. My biggest challenge has been missing pizza. Here is my “healthier” spin.
Recipe: Personal size whole grain pita bread, olive oil, 1.5 oz feta chopped, whole jalapeño sliced, 2 pods of garlic chopped, 1/4 of a white onion slices, 5 cherry tomatoes sliced, Italian seasoning and a sprinkle of sharp cheese. 450 for 10 minutes. Think I’ll add spinach next time.
